Managing payments
Once payments are set up for your squad, you can track who's paid, and record changes or payments made outside of Squaddle. This article covers day-to-day payment management.

Seeing who's paid
Go to your Squad, tap the activity, and scroll down to participants. You'll see a 'Paid' counter alongside 'In', with a tick next to the names of anyone who's paid.
Changing a member's payment status
If a member's status is modified by an organiser, this can affect payment for that activity too – whether the activity is in the past or future.
Here's what each action in the three-dot menu means for payments and refunds:
- Mark in – manually changes their status to 'In' for this activity, or adds them to the reserves list, as though they'd responded in that moment. This will add a payment request to their account, but bypasses upfront payments if applicable (an outstanding payment will be added to their account).
- Mark out – manually changes their status to 'Out' for this activity, or removes them from the reserves list, as though they'd responded themselves. This will remove any payment that's due, refunds them if they've already paid, and waives a late dropout charge (if applicable).
- Mark as paid – for members who settled up another way e.g. brought cash to the activity. This removes any unpaid or outstanding payment relating to the activity from their account but they're still on the list of attendees.
- Unmark as paid – this reverses the 'mark as paid' action above. You'll only see it for members whose payment status was previously changed manually i.e. it's not available for user-initiated payments.
- Mark as no-show – flags the member as a no-show, but doesn't affect payment or refunds. It's just for your records.
Where can I check outstanding payments or process a refund?
