Contacting your squad organisers

It isn't possible to contact squad owners or admins directly through Squaddle but you can find their details by sending the word "admins" to Squaddle on WhatsApp. This shows you the contact details of all the admins/owners of squads you are a member of so you can easily send them a message or email.

There is currently no way for email-only users to find these details, so if you are an email-only user please contact us and we can pass on the owner/admin details for any squads you are a member of.

Squaddle deliberately doesn't share squad member contact details with other members (only squad admins/owners can see these).

Can I message my squad via Squaddle's WhatsApp thread?

Squaddle only recognises a specific set of commands within WhatsApp so if you send a different message to your squad's WhatsApp thread, you'll get a "sorry, we didn't understand" response – and the app won't be able to pass your message on.
